A. Victor (“Vic”) Rawl, Jr. is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Nebraska office, and former Managing Partner of the firm’s South Carolina office. Vic is a litigator with broad experience, and he routinely handles high-exposure matters including class actions and individual cases in various jurisdictions across the country. Vic has been recognized by his peers in the areas of class actions, mass tort litigation, commercial litigation and construction law. Vic utilizes his 30+ years of legal experience, along with his strong knowledge of business and finance obtained through his Master of International Business Studies, to evaluate each matter individually and formulate strategies tailored to client-specific goals. After receiving his Master of International Business Studies and Juris Doctor degrees, he served as law clerk to The Honorable P. Michael Duffy, United States District Judge, District of South Carolina, from 1995 until he joined McNair Law Firm, P.A. in November 1997. Abby currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, where she began her legal career in 2006. Abby has been recognized as Florida Rising Star from 2017-2019 and a Super Lawyer from 2021 to present. Abby has served and continues to serve in many local charitable organizations and started a non-profit organization called Kids Helping Kids in Palm Beach, which began in an effort to teach her own three children about philanthropy. Adam John Wolff

For thirty years, Adam John Wolff has settled, and, if necessary, litigated and tried disputes involving divorce, equitable distribution, custody and visitation, as well as matters involving other areas of family law and matrimonial practice. Adam graduated from The University of California at Berkeley School of Law in 1994 and attended Harvard Law School for his final year of law school. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The University of Pennsylvania - Wharton School of Business, magna cum laude, in 1991. Adam was admitted to the New York Bar in 1995. Adam is an active Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (2006-present). On the national level, he joined the Board of Directors (formerly known as the Executive Committee) in November 2025 as Parliamentarian and re-joined the House of Governors at the same time. He co-chairs the Chapter Leaders Committee (the group of Chapter Presidents), serves on the planning committee for the AAML's 2026 National Family Law Conference, and has served on and co-chaired the planning committee for the AAML/BVR biennial financial divorce conference. He has served on other national committees from time to time. For the AAML New York Chapter, Adam was the Chapter President from 2021-23 after several years of coordinating CLE programming for the Chapter and spearheading frequent on-

line educational, professional, and social meetings during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. He continues to head New York's successful mentoring/outreach programming, leading to an increase in new applicants and Fellows. In addition to planning CLE programming, Adam is a sought-after speaker to attorneys, financial experts, and mental health professionals. In recent years, he has presented regularly for the AAML (both National and New York Chapter), the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (both National and New York Chapter), the AICPA and the NYSSCPA, as well as a variety of other audiences. Recent topics have covered valuation concepts, case law updates, and trial techniques and strategies, such as the effective use of expert testimony and mental health forensic reports, with attention to evidentiary concerns. Adam taught at the ABA Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute from 2022 through 2024. Adam's unique ability to understand complex financial aspects of complicated cases, while remaining sensitive to the deeply personal issues of family law matters as well as maintaining a dry wit, distinguishes him in the industry. Amie Martinez

David Horowitz

Dr. McNamara is a licensed psychologist in private practice in Fort Collins, Colorado, specializing in counseling and forensic psychological services for court-involved families. She has conducted hundreds of parenting evaluations, consults with attorneys and mental health professionals about complex issues in family law cases, and is a parenting coordinator, decision-maker, and therapist. She was the reporter for the 2022 AFCC Guidelines for Parenting Plan Evaluations in Family Law Cases and is currently co-chairing the AFCC Task Force for the Revisions of the 2010 Court-Involved Therapy Guidelines. Before devoting herself to full-time practice, she was a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Colorado State University, where she was a teacher, researcher, and clinical supervisor for fourteen years. She is a past president of the Colorado Chapter of AFCC and currently serves as an executive officer of the Board of Directors for AFCC. She is a past chair and former member of the Colorado Psychological Association Ethics Committee and serves on the Colorado Supreme Court Standing Committee on Family Issues.

 


Katie B. Connell, Esq.

Marshal S. Willick is the principal of the Willick Law Group, an A/V rated Family Law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada, and practices trial and appellate Family Law. He is a Certified Family Law Specialist, a Fellow of both the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), former Chair of the Nevada Bar Family Law Section and former President of the Nevada chapter of the AAML. He has authored many books and articles on Family Law and retirement benefits issues and was managing editor of the Nevada Family Law Practice Manual. He is frequent teacher of continuing legal education classes and is often sought as a lecturer on family law issues. In addition to litigating trial and appellate cases in Nevada, Mr. Willick has participated in hundreds of divorce and pension cases in the trial and appellate courts of other states, and in the drafting of various state and federal statutes in the areas of divorce and property division. He has chaired several Committees of the American Bar Association Family Law Section, AAML, and Nevada Bar, has served on many more committees, boards, and commissions of those organizations, and has been called on to sometimes represent the entire ABA in Congressional hearings on military pension matters. He has served as an alternate judge in various courts, frequently testifies as an expert witness, and served for 25 years on the Board of Directors for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. Mr. Willick received his B.A. from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas in 1979, with honors, and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., in 1982. Before entering private practice, he served on the Central Legal Staff of the Nevada Supreme Court for two years.
