A. Victor (“Vic”) Rawl, Jr. is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Nebraska office, and former Managing Partner of the firm’s South Carolina office. Vic is a litigator with broad experience, and he routinely handles high-exposure matters including class actions and individual cases in various jurisdictions across the country. Vic has been recognized by his peers in the areas of class actions, mass tort litigation, commercial litigation and construction law. Vic utilizes his 30+ years of legal experience, along with his strong knowledge of business and finance obtained through his Master of International Business Studies, to evaluate each matter individually and formulate strategies tailored to client-specific goals. After receiving his Master of International Business Studies and Juris Doctor degrees, he served as law clerk to The Honorable P. Michael Duffy, United States District Judge, District of South Carolina, from 1995 until he joined McNair Law Firm, P.A. in November 1997. Prior to joining GRSM, Vic served as the Chair of McNair’s Class Action Practice Group. Vic joined GRSM in 2017 to build the South Carolina and Nebraska offices. Abigail Beebe, "Abby," practices in West Palm Beach, exclusively in the area of marital and family law, where she has a boutique law practice, Beebe Family Law. Abby is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by the Florida Bar and a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL). Abby is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Florida Association of Woman Lawyers and the Palm Beach County Greenberg Gamot Family Law American Inn of Court. Ms. Beebe is a past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar (2018-2019). She was elected to the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section in 2015 and served as the Secretary from 2015-2016; Treasurer from 2016-2017; the Chair-Elect 2017-2018; and Chair 2018-2019. She also served on the Executive Council from 2010 until her appointment on the Executive Committee. In addition, Abby is on the Board of Managers for the Florida Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Abby currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, where she began her legal career in 2006. Abby has been recognized as Florida Rising Star from 2017-2019 and a Super Lawyer from 2021 to present. Abby has served and continues to serve in many local charitable organizations and started a non-profit organization called Kids Helping Kids in Palm Beach, which began in an effort to teach her own three children about philanthropy. Kids Helping kids currently serves the Pat Reeves Shelter in West Palm Beach, through Program Reach and Adopt-A-Family.

For thirty years, Adam John Wolff has settled, and, if necessary, litigated and tried disputes involving divorce, equitable distribution, custody and visitation, as well as matters involving other areas of family law and matrimonial practice. Adam graduated from The University of California at Berkeley School of Law in 1994 and attended Harvard Law School for his final year of law school. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The University of Pennsylvania - Wharton School of Business, magna cum laude, in 1991. Adam was admitted to the New York Bar in 1995. Adam is an active Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (2006-present). On the national level, he joined the Board of Directors (formerly known as the Executive Committee) in November 2025 as Parliamentarian and re-joined the House of Governors at the same time. He co-chairs the Chapter Leaders Committee (the group of Chapter Presidents), serves on the planning committee for the AAML's 2026 National Family Law Conference, and has served on and co-chaired the planning committee for the AAML/BVR biennial financial divorce conference. He has served on other national committees from time to time. For the AAML New York Chapter, Adam was the Chapter President from 2021-23 after several years of coordinating CLE programming for the Chapter and spearheading frequent on-

line educational, professional, and social meetings during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. He continues to head New York's successful mentoring/outreach programming, leading to an increase in new applicants and Fellows. In addition to planning CLE programming, Adam is a sought-after speaker to attorneys, financial experts, and mental health professionals. In recent years, he has presented regularly for the AAML (both National and New York Chapter), the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (both National and New York Chapter), the AICPA and the NYSSCPA, as well as a variety of other audiences. Recent topics have covered valuation concepts, case law updates, and trial techniques and strategies, such as the effective use of expert testimony and mental health forensic reports, with attention to evidentiary concerns. Adam taught at the ABA Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute from 2022 through 2024. Adam's unique ability to understand complex financial aspects of complicated cases, while remaining sensitive to the deeply personal issues of family law matters as well as maintaining a dry wit, distinguishes him in the industry. Amie Martinez is a nationally recognized family law attorney and the Managing Partner of ACW Law in Lincoln, Nebraska. With more than 30 years of experience, she is a trusted leader in complex divorce and custody litigation, particularly in cases involving high-net-worth estates, closely held businesses, and significant emotional dynamics. David Horowitz specializes in family law and domestic relations matters, including divorce, paternity, child custody, legal decision making, parenting time, child support, mediation and arbitration. David has significant experience in all child-related issues, including step-parent adoption, grandparents’ rights, parenting coordination, same-sex parenting, and guardianship/conservatorship. Elisha D. Gregory Brescia is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses on intellectual property prosecution and litigation, with a particular concentration on trademark, design and utility patents, and copyright matters. Gregory devises and implements world-wide patent and trademark expansion and enforcement strategies for his clients. He also has extensive experience in counseling his clients on internet law issues, such as internet trademark and copyright infringement, internet defamation and false advertising, website agreements, and cyber liability matters, including incident response.

Katherine Provost is a Board-Certified Family Law Specialist in the State of Nevada and a Partner at Naimi Mullins Law Group in Las Vegas.  As a Nevada family law attorney with nearly 25 years of experience representing clients in complex domestic relations matters, she is widely respected for her depth of knowledge, strategic judgment, and practical approach to resolving high-stakes family law disputes.  Katherine’s practice focuses on sophisticated family law matters, including high-asset divorce, child custody and parenting disputes, spousal support, child support, second-parent and stepparent adoptions, and third-party visitation. Dr. McNamara is a licensed psychologist in private practice in Fort Collins, Colorado, specializing in counseling and forensic psychological services for court-involved families. She has conducted hundreds of parenting evaluations, consults with attorneys and mental health professionals about complex issues in family law cases, and is a parenting coordinator, decision-maker, and therapist. She was the reporter for the 2022 AFCC Guidelines for Parenting Plan Evaluations in Family Law Cases and is currently co-chairing the AFCC Task Force for the Revisions of the 2010 Court-Involved Therapy Guidelines. Before devoting herself to full-time practice, she was a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Colorado State University, where she was a teacher, researcher, and clinical supervisor for fourteen years. She is a past president of the Colorado Chapter of AFCC and currently serves as an executive officer of the Board of Directors for AFCC. She is a past chair and former member of the Colorado Psychological Association Ethics Committee and serves on the Colorado Supreme Court Standing Committee on Family Issues.

Katie Connell has been practicing family law exclusively since graduating from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 2005. Ms. Connell is a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and currently serves as the Georgia Chapter Secretary, as well as a member of the national Board of Governors. She has been a member of the Georgia Commission on Child Support since her appointment by Governor Nathan Deal in 2013, and currently co-chairs the Statute Review Committee. Ms. Connell is also on the Executive Committee for the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Ms. Connell is the 2025 recipient of the State Bar of Georgia's Joseph T. Tuggle, Jr. Professionalism Award, which is given annually to a lawyer or judge who best exemplifies the highest standards of professionalism in the practice of family law. She was also named the 2025 Lawyer of the Year" in Family Law by Best Lawyers, a designation given only to one lawyer in the metro area. She is consistently recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer by her peers, including Top 100 Super Lawyers and Top 50 Women Lawyers. She has also been named one of Georgia Trend's Legal Elite, Georgia's Most Effective Lawyers." Ms. Connell has served numerous other committees in a variety of roles including as the past president of the Charles L. Marshal S. Willick is the principal of the Willick Law Group, an A/V rated Family Law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada, and practices trial and appellate Family Law. He is a Certified Family Law Specialist, a Fellow of both the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), former Chair of the Nevada Bar Family Law Section and former President of the Nevada chapter of the AAML. He has authored many books and articles on Family Law and retirement benefits issues and was managing editor of the Nevada Family Law Practice Manual. He is frequent teacher of continuing legal education classes and is often sought as a lecturer on family law issues. In addition to litigating trial and appellate cases in Nevada, Mr. Willick has participated in hundreds of divorce and pension cases in the trial and appellate courts of other states, and in the drafting of various state and federal statutes in the areas of divorce and property division. He has chaired several Committees of the American Bar Association Family Law Section, AAML, and Nevada Bar, has served on many more committees, boards, and commissions of those organizations, and has been called on to sometimes represent the entire ABA in Congressional hearings on military pension matters. He has served as an alternate judge in various courts, frequently testifies as an expert witness, and served for 25 years on the Board of Directors for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. Mr. Willick received his B.A. from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas in 1979, with honors, and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., in 1982. Before entering private practice, he served on the Central Legal Staff of the Nevada Supreme Court for two years.

Michelle Gallagher is a nationally recognized business valuation, forensic accounting, and tax expert. Her extensive experience includes serving as a trusted advisor, consultant, expert witness, mediator, and court-appointed expert. Michelle has decades of experience valuing closely-held business interests, performing forensic investigations, and working with clients on complex tax matters, succession planning, estate planning, determination of damages, divorce settlement structuring, litigation consulting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, condemnation, and other business advisory services. Michelle speaks nationally on various business valuation, forensic accounting, tax, estate planning, and litigation related topics to professional organizations and groups including AICPA, ASA, ABA, AAML and Business Valuation Resources (BVR). She has testified in numerous State and Federal Courts and testified in 2016 on behalf of the AICPA at the Department of Treasury hearing in Washington D.C. related to proposed regulations under Internal Revenue Code 2704. Michelle also presented to members of the Ways and Means Committee in Washington D.C. in 2024 regarding various tax policy matters. Michelle has authored many articles and is a contributing author to publications including Family Law Services Handbook: The Role of the Financial Expert, Financial Valuation and Models, and the Michigan Family Law Benchbook. Renee Ross, Esq. is a Fellow in both the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and International Academy of Family Lawyers. She is certified by the State Bar of California as a Family Law Specialist and runs her own firm with fourteen attorneys and staff with offices in Pleasanton and Oakland, California. Rob McAngus is a partner at Mueller Family Law Group, Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. His practice focuses on complex and high-conflict divorce and custody cases, high-asset property division, and marital property agreements, and he is frequently appointed by courts to serve as an amicus attorney. Thomas J. Sasser is the managing partner of the law firm of Sasser, Cestero & Sasser, P.A., which is located in West Palm Beach, Florida. He is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law. Mr. Sasser is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (“AAML”) and the International Academy of Family Lawyers (“IAFL”). He is a Diplomate of the American College of Family Law Trial Lawyers. He received his J.D. in 1995 from The University of Florida and his B.A. in 1992 from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He is a past Chair of the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar. In addition, he is a four-time past chair of the Florida Bar Marital and Family Law Board Certification Review Course. He is a past President of the Florida Chapter of the AAML and serves as a national Vice President of the AAML. He also is currently President-Elect of the IAFL and has served on the Board of the United States Chapter of the IAFL. He served as the chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association Family Law Practice Committee from 2003 - 2008. Mr. Sasser is the author of numerous articles for the Family Law Section Commentator and The Florida Bar Journal. He often lectures for the Palm Beach County Bar Association, The Florida Bar Family Law Section, the AAML and the IAFL. He currently presents the Annual Caselaw Update on Florida Family Law during both The Florida Bar Family Law Section Review Course and the AAML Florida Chapter Institute.
